a. In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, and under Sections 3400, 5250 and 6120 of the Orange Zoning Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a virtual Public Hearing, Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 6:30pm regarding 2 Special Permits and Site Plan review for application for property at 68 Daniel Shays Road, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 251 Lot 18) in Zone I (previously B) by applicant West Mini Storage, LLC, 198 Narrows Road, Westminster, MA 01473,who is also the property owner of the same address. The application is for: construction of 27,600 sq ft of metal storage buildings. Special permits are for 1) for Lot Coverage increase above 35% to 69.6%, 2) release from following Schedule of Parking Area requirement #9.
