Subject: Gregory Downes requests a Special Permit/Variance from section 1.2.2.C of the Ashburnham Zoning Bylaws. The request is to allow demo of abandoned camp to then rebuild on a non-conforming lot at 15 Browns Lake Rd (55/77) requiring relief from dimensional regulations and Section 1.2.2.C (abandonment) in the RB zoning district. This requires a Special Permit/Variance and to include all other necessary zoning relief on the property located at 15 Browns Lake Rd (Map 55 Parcel 77) in the RB district.
