IV.  Public Hearing, 7:10pm Major Site Plan Review application for K. William Krikorian for a 55,000+/- square-foot new mixed-use building to provide a total of 43 housing units and commercial/business uses at the South Street street level, for property located at 550 South Street p(Parcel 030-230).

V. New Business: 

a) Minor Site Plan Review application review for Whipps, Inc. for property at 387 Main Street (Map 24 Parcel) for a proposed parking lot (Decision Deadline August 23, 2023)
b) Review and discussion on potential for Downtown Zoning-related Zoning Bylaw Amendments zoning bylaw amendments for the October 2023 Town Meeting

Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (Wednesday, September 6, 2023) discussed: public hearings for potential new permit applications and other topics planned for discussion. Board discussion on potential for alternative meeting location from Room #21 (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed).
