1. Call to order by Chairman Peter Travisano
2. Approve meeting minutes from June 29, and, July 20, 2023

Old Business
3. Discussion re CPC funds left over from previous years.

4. Information by Linda re the letter sent to BOS, Melanie, and Karin Foley re the CPC’s recommended amendment to the town bylaws to change the mandatory CPC member size from 9 to 5. 

5. Continue discussion re planning the annual CPC public hearing and how best to publicize this hearing including the use of social media. Sharing of information gained by Peter from his attendance at Greenfield’s annual CPC public hearing.

6. Discussion re “...the state requires every CPA municipality to file an annual CP-3 Projects Report on all CPA projects approved during the previous fiscal year.” 

7. Discussion re CPC member attendance and how a lack of attendance should be handled.

8. Other Business - not known 48 hours in advance of meeting
