Classification Hearing
The Classification Hearing is scheduled for August 29, 2023 at 5:30pm and we encouraged the Board to attend.
Tax Rate- Residential, Commercial, Industrial Properties, Open Space Discount,
Small Commercial and Residential Exemption.
Board of Assessors Authorization to stamp and electronically sign on their behalf form online on gateway and forms relating to the FY24 tax year.
EXECUTIVE SESSION - MGL Chapter 30A Section 21a #7 and MGL Chapter 59 Section 60
The Board of Assessors will vote to go into Executive Session which will enter into under MGL Chapter 30A Section 21a #7 and to comply with MGL Chapter 59 Section 60 to review and approve abatements, exemptions and other related business. The Board will exit executive session and not return to open meeting.
