(1) Notice of Intent, Continued for Wheelwright Dam Removal Ecological Restoration Project for a Restoration Order of Conditions and meet the general Eligibility Criteria 310 CMR 10.13 (1), Section C1 and the Additional Eligibility Criteria for the Ecological Restoration Project type 310 CMR 10.13

(2) Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetlands Protection Act, that a public meeting will be held on a Request for Determination of Applicability requested Massachusetts Electric Company for transmission, distribution line, and roadway right-of-way (ROW) along the north side of Old Dana Road, Assessors Map A, Lot 64 @ 7:15 p.m.

(3) Tom Gravel-Town Farm Road @ 7:30 p.m.
