Monday, January 10, 6:30 p.m. call meeting to order at the library.
Nominations papers are available to pick up from the Town Clerk.
There is a town building mask mandate until March 1, 2022.
Review minutes from Monday, January 10, 2022. Motion to accept by 2nd, all in favor.
Ratify Library Payroll FY22 warrants dated 1/20/2022 and 1/23/2022
Ratify Library Expense warrants dated FY22. 1/20/2022 and 1/23/2022
Ratify Library Utilities FY22 warrants dated 1/20/2022 and 1/23/2022
Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street, 1/20/2022 and 1/23/2022
Ratify Library Books FY22 warrants 1/20/2022 and 1/23/2022
Motion to approve to ratify all payments by 2nd, all voted in favor.

FY23 Budget review and discussion of submitted documents.
Lee Zdanys, the adjuster for our MIIA reached out Monday, February 7 to confirm work is complete inside the building. I sent pictures and movies of the raining in the fireplace from Thursday, February 3.
Fran White repaired the furnace, one of the fans on the front furnace burnt out and needed to be replaced. Estimate $1200.
New town policy adopted by the Board of Selectmen, and to be adopted by the Board of Trustees, Code of Ethics-Boards, Committees/Commissions. A vote is needed to accept the town’s Ethics policy. If you submitted a certificate as Trustee last year, you do not have to submit one this year.
Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC) have sent the Legislative Agenda for FY2023. We will receive @$1,000 less in library state aid, but received a $2,000 increase last fiscal year.
Library Annex
The Historical Commission submitted $1500 operating costs, and $1500 for maintenance as we did. 50/50 for costs going forward.
A draft of a Meeting room policy is available for review and to be updated and edited at our March meeting.
