6:01 p.m.	Police Chief Paul Francis to introduce Katelynn Chuilli, a candidate for Part-Time Police Officer.

6:05 p.m.	Harbormaster Dan Fialho to discuss:
•	Duration and advance-reservation standards for the use of transient moorings.
•	Location of rowing craft racks for the upcoming boating season.
•	Possible lottery for available rowing craft rack spaces.

6:15 p.m.	Hunter Jay regarding Light-Up Essex.
