Monday, April 11, 6:30 p.m. call meeting to order at the library 6:43 p.m.
Review minutes from Monday, March 14, 2022. Motion to accept by 2nd, all in favor.
Ratify Library Payroll FY22 warrants dated 2/17/2022, 3/3/2022, 3/17/2022 and 3/31/2022.
Ratify Library Expense FY22 warrants dated 2/17/2022, 3/3/2022, 3/17/2022 and 3/31/2022.
Ratify Library Utilities FY22 warrants dated 2/17/2022, 3/3/2022, 3/17/2022 and 3/31/2022.
Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street, 2/17/2022, 3/3/2022, 3/17/2022 and 3/31/2022.
Ratify Library Books FY22 warrants 2/17/2022, 3/3/2022, 3/17/2022 and 3/31/2022.
Motion to approve to ratify all payments by RM, SH 2nd, all voted in favor.
Library
FY23 Budget review and discussion of submitted documents. Carol Plumb, Brenda Metterville and Rebecca Morin will attend the Advisory Board meeting, Thursday, March 16 at 7:15 pm. We met and some of our line items were approved. Brenda sent corrected Material line to Tom for approval. The Advisory Board approved a level funded payroll, Town Administrator approved a 2.5% increase.
350 Anniversary! March 30 they will create committees at Oakholm, Shelby, Rebecca, and Erica attended. Eight major events, one a month and polling to pick events. 40 people attended.
Shelby, Erica and Rebecca attended the initial meeting to see the scope of this anniversary celebration. The meeting was Tuesday, February 22. Please update us. Fundraising is the focus this year. Cow Chip, water ski show, cow chip contest. Oakholm is hosting some fundraising events.
Library Annex
Jakob Lanne is in fund raising phase of his Eagle Scout Project.
The Historical Commission submitted $1500 operating costs, and $1500 for maintenance as we did. 50/50 for costs going forward. At the Advisory meeting, they recommended 2 18 Common Street lines, not associated with the library as not to increase library budget due to 19.5% of budget for materials.
A draft of a Meeting room policy is available for review and to be updated and edited at our next meeting.
