This meeting will be conducted in-person, with the public welcome, but will also be made available to the public via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Members of the public who wish to listen to and/or view the meeting may do so via two-way Video Call (with the option to show yourself on video or not and with the option to use a phone to call in, for two-way audio-only). Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting/hearing will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast or its quality, unless otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person versus virtual attendance accordingly.

• Ratify the Town Administrator’s approval of a request to replace a roof at 142 Conomo Point Road, Map 108, Lot 60.
• Consider disposal of the Council on Aging vehicle.
• Consider a request from the Conservation Commission to meet with the Selectmen to review another possible attempt at passing a local wetlands protection bylaw.
• Consider whether to cancel the procurement process for the sale of any or all of the Town-owned lots on Gregory Island, with the possibility of conducting a new procurement process with different terms.
• Consider a letter from resident Amanda Beausoleil suggesting that certain improvements and changes be made at the Town Landing.
• Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Open Meeting Law posting deadline.
LICENSING:
One-Day Wine & Malt License:
• Mayflour Confections, Jocelyn Pierce, for use on Saturday, August 26, 2023, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., within the confines of 162 Main Street.
One-Day Entertainment License:
• Essex County Greenbelt, Jane Rumrill, for use on Saturday, September 16, 2023, between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., within the confines or a tent at 82 Eastern Avenue, 5-person unamplified band.
REMINDERS:
• The next regular Board of Selectmen’s meeting will take place on Monday, September 11, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the 3rd floor auditorium of the Town Hall, 30 Martin Street.
