b) Presentation and Request for BPCD Approval of the Athol Housing Production Plan 

c) Appointment of Montachusett Joint Transportation Commission BPCD Representative for remainder of FY 2024   

d) BPCD/EDIC website update 

e) EOEEA Planning Grant Master Plan Update Project Update 

f) Review and Approval of Board of Planning and Community Development 2024 Meeting Dates 

g) Endorsement of the Definitive Subdivision Plan Mylar Sheets and Subdivision Legal Documents for V&J Real Estate. Definitive Subdivision Plan for the creation of 3 new residential building lots for property located off of Adams Drive (Map 11 Parcel 23) was approved by the BPCD on April 6, 2023.  

IV. Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (Wednesday, January 3, 2024) discussed: public hearings for potential new permit applications and other topics planned for discussion. Board discussion on potential alternative meeting location from Room #21 (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed).
