This is a special joint meeting of the Planning Board, the Board of Selectmen, and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) representative(s), who will be in attendance as the Town’s consultant for the zoning bylaw update project. It is intended to be a Public Forum with time to invite questions and comments from members of the public. Regular Planning Board business will not be conducted.

Discuss proposed Zoning Bylaw changes for 2023 Fall Town Meeting
o	Formalize a General Use District (townwide except for existing districts)
•	Definition updates, consolidation and additions
•	Dimensional Requirements Table 
•	Use tables and possible additional use categories
•	Updates to Site Plan Review procedures & requirements
	Option to extend the Change of Use Moratorium if SPR updates do not pass at Town Meeting
o	Special Permits
•	Possible new categories
•	Updates to cell tower section
Future Zoning Bylaw changes (2024 Town Meetings and on)
