The stated reason for emergency posting was: "''Emergency'', a sudden, generally unexpected occurrence or set of circumstances demanding immediate action. It was unexpected that one member did not feel well physically on Friday when I WAS GOING TO POST THE MEETING. Monday is Labor Day. The Town Hall needs renovations. We need to hold this meeting. I am posting well within 48 Hours, but you guys caught me on the holiday. I was waiting until Monday to Post, in the effort to protect information relating to the illness of one member. Now this has to be made public, due to Open Meeting Law not allowing me to keep a member's situation private. I sometimes wonder if following this is in good faith. You tell me if this is deceptive. Leave me alone." | |
