6:35 PM Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) – 83 Old Ashby Road.
The proposed project involves the removal of the existing septic tank and pump chamber, and the
installation of a new tank and chamber within the 100-foot buffer zone of Billy Ward Pond.
Dewatering of the excavated area, if required, will involve the pumping of groundwater to a
straw bale/wattle siltation basin with a crushed stone check dam. Erosion controls also are
proposed to be located between the work area and the pond.
6:45 PM Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) – 51 Stodge Meadow
Road. The proposed project involves accessibility improvements to Stodge Meadow Pond from
the residence east of Stodge Meadow Road via grade adjustments, and the construction of
retaining walls and stairways, the majority of which will occur within the 100-foot buffer zone of
Stodge Meadow Pond.
