The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 7:15 PM. The meeting will be held at Town Hall, 30 Martin Street in the 2nd Floor Stage Conference Room.

7:30 PM Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Robert Hines to install a septic holding tank at 26 John Wise Lane 

7:45 PM Continued public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by John Coughlin of PMC Realty Trust/Gateway Realty Trust to repair of a 40’ section of an existing retaining wall at 73 Eastern Ave

Administrative:
•Request from Town to place sand on Front Beach at Conomo Point
•Agent/Administrative Clerk Report on Citizen Inquiries
•Review and approve Minutes for May 16, 2023
