1. Call to Order by Linda Langevin
2. Approve Meeting Minutes from Feb. 23, 2023
3. Welcome new member John Telepciak to the CPC.
4. Old Business
    a. Application for CPC funding by the Congregational Church of Phillipston was granted.  Town Counsel is reviewing our suggested ATM article.
    b. Discuss presentation of CPC recommendation to ATM on May 3, 2023
    c. No recent info about the continuation of the Eagle Scout project by Alex Olson (Town Pavilion).

4. New business
     a. Linda presented to Select Board the CPC’s suggestion to amend the Town’s CPC Bylaw to reduce the mandated number of CPC members from 9 to 5. Response received.
     b. Should the CPC chose a regular monthly date to meet?
     c. Carla Charter is a writer paid by the Athol Daily News to create stories that may involve the Phillipston Historical Commission or Historical Society. Might this be a possible conflict of interest because of her receipt of payment?
     d. Should the CPC plan an annual public hearing for the entire town?  
     e. The CPC members have been invited to become part of the core team re the town’s “Climate Change Assessment and Resiliency Plan”.

5. Other Business - not known 48 hours in advance of meeting
6. Schedule next CPC meeting and remind members about the ATM on May 3rd.
