CALL TO ORDER 

1.	EXECUTIVE SESSION 
The Board will enter into executive session under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a), Exception 2, to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel (Police Chief/Fire Chief), and Exception 3, to discuss strategy with respect to litigation (Workers Compensation Settlement) and will return to open session to further conduct its regular business meeting

7:00pm - Special Event Application submitted by John Flynn of Fiesta Shows to Host a Carnival at Solomon Pond Mall Parking Lot April 24, 2025 through May 4, 2025
7:05pm - Notice of Intent to Appoint part-time on call Transfer Station new hire Norman Rainville.
7:10pm - Discuss/Vote on FY26 Budget (TA Report excerpt)

Discuss/Possible Vote to Place a Proposition 2 ½  Override/Debt Exclusion on the Town Election Ballot
Discuss/Vote on 2025 Annual Town Meeting Warrant

7.	NEW BUSINESS
Discuss/possible vote on long term rental of 1870 Town Hall and Fees.*5:38PM 3.14.2025
Discuss/Possible Vote Town Admin Role - How to support staff that reports up to Elected Positions
Discuss/Possible Vote on Disclosures submitted from Fire Chief Michael McQuillen and Fire Lieutenant Jonathan Paulino regarding Travel for Town Purposes
