1.	7:05 - Public Hearing will be held on a Notice of Intent from New England Environmental Design, LLC representing JWP Construction, LLC, Rindge, NH. For the construction of a single family dwelling on Lot 15 Secret Lake Road.
2.	7:25 - Public Hearing will be held on a Notice of Intent from Tighe & Bond on behalf of the Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife for the Thousand Acre Reservoir Dam Removal Project located within the Millers River Wildlife Management Area in Phillipston and Athol.

1.	Approve minutes of previous meetings.
