REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
INVASIVE PLANT SPECIES CONTROL MANAGEMENT PROJECT
Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, the Town of Hardwick acting through its Board of Selectmen, seeks services from qualified individuals or consultant firms for an invasive(s) plant species control management project for Hardwick Pond. The Request for Proposal is available on the towns’ website at www.townofhardwick.com or by emailing a request for a copy to the Town Administrator, admin@townofhardwick.com. A hard copy may be obtained at the Municipal Office Building located at 307 Main Street, Gilbertville, MA 01031. Qualified Contractors are requested to submit six copies of the proposals, sealed and clearly marked “Hardwick Pond Invasive(s) Plant Species Control Management”, to the Hardwick Board of Selectmen, PO Box 575, Gilbertville, MA 01031, no later than 6:30 PM January 22, 2018 at which time all proposals will be publicly opened in the Selectmen’s Room and a Register of Proposals prepared. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals to the fullest extent permitted by law.
