The Applicant will conduct a visual demonstration to illustrate the location and height of the proposed facility by means of a balloon raised at and to the height of the proposed facility on Sunday, March 17, 2019 from 9 AM to 12 noon, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather the visual demonstration will be rescheduled for the next day and each successive day until weather permits.
