          The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall, 2nd
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM

Building Permit # 22-3
Application to add a garage off the back of an existing structure and add a two bedroom apartment above the garage. The project also includes renovations and repairs to the existing structure.
