Town Administrator, Sherry Patch, will speak on working with the Capital Planning Committee, Selectman, and the Finance Board to secure the needed funding. Report on the Request for Proposals (Bids) for the chimney repairs. Report on the BOS's response to our proposed updated rules and rental rates for use of the Town House. Consider re-opening the Town House on March 1, 2012. Consider replacing missing roof shingles from already appropriated funds. Consider the painting of the cupola at the same time that the chimney is being repaired and the staging is already in place. Suggestions for Spring projects. |
