Notice is hereby given that the Hardwick Planning Board, acting as the Special Permit Granting Authority for the Town of Hardwick, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday February 14, 2011 at 7:00 PM at the Municipal Office Building, 307 Main Street, Gilbertville, MA.
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 5, this hearing is on the application for a change of use permit by New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (“AT&T”) c/o Adam T. Kurth, Esq., Anderson & Kreiger LLP, One Canal Park, Suite 200, Cambridge, MA for the use of the property located at the Hardwick Rod and Gun Club, Inc., 59 Thresher Road, Hardwick, MA. The applicant applies for a special permit and site plan approval to construct and operate a Wireless Communication Tower and Facility, and an access road to said facility from thresher Road.
All interested parties are asked to attend.
