2.)Genevieve Fraser to present “Lincoln the Musical” plans and request use of the Ruth B. Smith Auditorium
3.)Suggested price increases at Transfer Station with Priscilla Curtis
4.)Delegation of authority to Jane Peirce and Donna MacNicol to work with the Executive Office of Environmental Affairs to get their support for the legislation House Bill #4009; Sale of the Point
5.)Discussion of whether or not to move forward with leasing a portion of the Armory as a POI for Broadband access
6.)Vote to declare Hurricane Irene (Aud. 2011) an emergency and to write to Gerard Perry, Director of Bureau of Accounts requesting authorization to deficit spend for expenses related to damage caused by Hurricane Irene
7.)October 2011 Snow Storm-Board to vote to send a letter to Gerard Perry, Director of Bureau of Accounts to request an increase in the $25,000 deficit spending amount already approved, to include all expenses from all departments
