c.	Process for voting on alternative assessment at Mahar member town meetings
5.  Regional agreement issues
      a.    Length of term for school committee members: should all school committee members be 	elected for four years, after an initial 2-yr. transition phase?
      b.    School Committee voting (2/3 majority votes): should one affirmative vote from either 	Wendell or New Salem be required?
      c.     Budget approval process 
i.	Review of revised Unified Budget Approval Process flowchart
ii.	School committee approval of budget: separate approvals for Orange and Petersham elementary budgets?
