Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40 A, Section 5, this hearing is on the application for a change of use special permit by Anne L. Rylestone, DVM, PHD, 344 Old Greenwich Plains Road, Hardwick, MA to operate a small wellness clinic at her residence.
