Information for Meeting of Zoning Board of Appeals

Notice is hereby given that the Berlin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on June 12, 2013, at 9:00 p.m., in the Town Offices Building at 23 Linden Street, Berlin, MA, to act on the petition of Mr. Trevor Hardy, Bluewave Capital, LLC, 75 Arlington St., Suite 500, Boston, MA 02116 on the property of Willard H. Wheeler of 232 Pleasant Street, Berlin MA.
     The petitioner seeks Site Plan Approval, in accordance with Sections 320 (Table of Principal Use Regulations, Section 590 (Large-scale Ground-Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Installations), and Sections 1230 (Site Plan Approval) of the Berlin Zoning By-law for the installation of a large-scale ground-mounted solar photovoltaic array on property located on River Road West, Map 7, Parcels 35-0, 35-1, and 36-0. The property is in the Limited Business Zoning district and the proposed use is an allowable use according to the Berlin Zoning By-law.
     A copy of the Site Plan may be viewed in the office of the Town Clerk during her business hours or at the hearing.
     All persons interested should plan to attend or be represented at the hearing.
