•“National POW/MIA Recognition Day” ceremony on September 20, 2013 at 6:00pm in the Orange Veteran’s Memorial Park
•Vacancies:  Three (3) Orange Elementary School Committee, Three (3) Town Building Planning Committee, Vacancies also on Town Hall Auditorium Management Committee and DPW Legislation Development Committee
•Planning Board Public Hearing, Tuesday, September 24, 7 pm at the Town Hall – To discuss proposed changes to Subdivisions Regulations

EXECUTIVE SESSION: M.G.L. c.30A, Sec. 21, Reason # 2 – To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel; Reason #3 – To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.  (Strategy Discussion for all CBAs & Individual Contracts – no guests present); Reason #5 – To investigate charges of criminal misconduct or to discuss the filing of criminal complaints (Police Chief present)
