This hearing is on the application for a special permit by Paul N. Dion, President of Innovative Incentives, Inc., 26 Valley Rd., Barre. the duplex property is owned by Dion Properties, LLC. this duplex property is located at 117-119 Pine St., in Wheelwright in the Village Residential Zoning District and is identified on Assessor Map 118, Lot 12. The proposed change of use of 117 Pine St., will be for office space to provide component motivational programs, via the compuer, telephone and other computer type equipment.
