VIRTUAL MEETING INFORMATION Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, https://www.mass.gov/doc/open-meeting-law-order-march-12-2020/download, and the Governor’s March 23, 2020 order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place https://www.mass.gov/news/governor-charlie-baker-orders-all-non-essential-businesses-to-cease-in-person-operation, this meeting of the Barre Planning Board will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found at mytowngovernment.org/01005. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via technological means. This meeting will also be streamed live on our youtube channel, www.youtube.com/BCTVBarreMA, and on the public access channel. In the event that we are unable to do so, despite best efforts, we will post on the town’s website an audio or video recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting.

(2) Ratify and confirm all actions taken by the Planning Board at a Virtual Meeting held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2020.

(3) Public Hearing: High Hawk LLC 7 p.m.

The Barre Planning Board will hold a Virtual Public Hearing via Zoom on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. requested by Christopher Patrick Higgins and Ronald Carr Higgins for High Hawk Farm LLC, a Marijuana Outdoor Cultivator Facility, to be located at 101 Daunt Road, Assessors Map D, Lot 32, per the Code of the Town of Barre, Chapter140-11.2, E. (3) (b). For public access to the Hearing ID and Password will be located at www.townofbarre.com or www.mytowngovernment.org.
All persons who wish to comment should submit comments to The Barre Planning Board at barreboards@townofbarre.com prior to the Public Hearing.
