            The Public Meeting of the Town of Essex Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd         
             Floor Auditorium, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA 01929 and will commence at 7:30 p.m.

In person attendance restriction has been lifted and Town Hall is open to the public as of June 1, 2021.

BOARD REVIEW/ DISCUSS: 

Rocky Hill Road

•	Russ Brown, attorney representing Kyle Gale, requested a board review for an ANR for Rocky Hill Road. Looking to divide one lot into two.

•	Correspondence from residents of Rocky Hill Road.

Correspondence from Manchester Essex Conservation Trust

•	Tax maps of Rocky Hill Road

•	Planning Board discussion with Town Manager, Town Planner and non-quorum representatives of the Board of selectmen and Planning Board. Discussion to establish and prioritize zoning by law improvement projects.

•	Letter from Thomas Ellsworth Re: 2008 proposed Agricultural/Residential zoning bylaw.

•	Progress report from Larry Graham on roadwork at “0” (64) Spring Street.

•	Potential reconsideration of the approved minutes for June 2nd.
