BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT


PUBLIC HEARING:  On the application by Karoline and James Ryan for a Special Permit for the property located at 46 Robbins Island Road, located in the Central Conomo Point Zoning District, to rebuild an existing dwelling and raise the first floor above flood zone height under Essex Zoning Bylaw 6-12.6.
