TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –February 16, 2022

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM 
                         Effective 9/14/2021 masks are required in Town of Essex Municipal Facilities.                

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:

67  Main Street, Map 128, Lot 161
Applicants: Stacey and Paul Clarimundo
Application to remove and replace 3rd story deck on rear of building.

164 Main Street, Map136, Lot 17
Applicant: Beverly J. Russell Living Trust
Application to renovate second floor for an artist’s apartment. One bedroom with workshop space. Replace all plumbing and heating. Upgrade electric service. New rear door. New deck and spiral stairs for second floor egress. New restroom and kitchen.
