TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA – October 16, 2019

The Public Meeting of the Town of Essex Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd Floor Meeting Room, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA 01929 and will commence at 7:30 p.m.  


BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:


PUBLIC HEARING: 

1)	 On proposed  Zoning Bylaw  changes and corrections to be considered at the Fall Town Meeting 11/18/19
2)	On proposed changes and corrections to amend the Essex Rules and Regulations Relative to Subdivision Control.

BOARD REVIEW:

	Continued discussion of the Essex Downtown Zoning District.
