TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA – March 04, 2020

The Public Meeting of the Town of Essex Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 3rd Floor Auditorium, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA 01929 and will commence at 7:30 p.m.  

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:


BOARD REVIEW/ DISCUSSION:


•	Continuation of application and plans for an ANR -166 Eastern Ave. Map 138-009,  John Tremblay

•	The Board will review and vote on the Special Permit Decision for 105 Conomo Point Road.




PUBLIC HEARING

Proposed Bylaw changes to be placed on the warrant, by citizens petition, to be considered at the Annual Town Meeting, 5/04/2020.
