III. Approval Not Required (ANR) Plan: Indian Meadow Realty Trust, Peter Gerry Trustee, property located off of South Athol Road (Map 19 Parcel 21)
IV. 7:10p.m. Major Modification to Site Plan Approval. Said Modification request submitted by Davey Resource Group to amend Condition #10 to the Site Plan Approval granted for ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation to Borrego Solar System, Inc at 328 Partridgeville Road. The original Site Plan Approval was granted on July 5, 2017. Condition #10 states that “No herbicides/pesticides shall be applied to the subject Partridgeville Road property (Map 18 Parcel 193) property. A modification of this Site Plan Review approval shall be required prior to the application of any herbicides/pesticides.”
V. 7:30p.m., public hearing Flag Lot Special Permit application for William M. Jardus and Elizabeth Hanlon, Trustees of the Edward C. Jardus Living Trust for property located at 3824 Chestnut Hill Avenue (Map 1 Parcel 24)
VI. Update of process for the development of Downtown Zoning-related Zoning Bylaw Amendments and scheduling of a Downtown Site Walk for mid-May
VII. Update of process on potential amendments to the Athol Zoning Bylaw to combine Registered Marijuana Dispensaries (Section 3.26, which govern medical marijuana) and the Licensed Marijuana Establishments (Section 3.29, which govern adult use/recreational marijuana) into one combined set of marijuana zoning under the jurisdiction of the Board of Planning and Community Development
VIII. Discussion on updates/amendments on the accessory agriculture zoning provisions (Section 3.23) and the Animal Inspector position
IX. Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (Wednesday, May 5, 2021) discussed: potential new permit applications public hearings and other topics planned for discussion.
