     -	Review the draft town meeting warrant
     -	Budget Update:
	      Revenue; King Philip; Norfolk Public Schools; Local Government
-	Open Items Review

Action Items
-	Please consider a Common Victualler license for Organic Buzz Café and Juice Bar, LLC, 65 Holbrook Street, Suite 150 to open and operate a café and juice bar.
-	Please consider allowing the Garden Club to use Town Hill and Gazebo for their annual Perennial Plant and Bake Sale on Saturday, May 21st from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
-	Please consider approving the annual Norfolk Baseball Opening Day parade on Saturday, April 30, 2016 between 12 noon and 1 p.m.
-	Please consider approving a 5k road race organized by Brie Stephani and Andrew O’Leary to support Rosie’s Place for Saturday, May 14th beginning at 10 a.m. from the H. Olive Day School, and following the same route as the Jingle Bell Run.
-	Please consider approving the Ride for Food by Three Squares New England to direct a portion of their ride through Norfolk on Sunday morning, September 25, 2016 (Norfolk via Cleveland St., right onto Rt. 115 into Millis) between 8 and 10 a.m.
-	Please consider approval to deficit spend the Snow & Ice Budget per the request of Bob McGhee.
-	Please approve three contracts for services for the DPW, per Bob McGhee:  Wheelabrator Waste Disposal, Amendment to the Waste Disposal Agreement; Stantec Consulting Services, Environmental Consulting Engineering Services; and J. Hockman, Inc. – Equipment Rental for Water Services.



Executive Session
      - 	To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigation position of the public body, and the chair so declares.   Police and Fire Contracts; Health Insurance
