Public Hearing for the application submitted by the Town of Essex/Board of Selectmen, for the Approval of a Definitive Subdivision Plan Application for the Central Conomo Point Subdivision, the Robbins Island Road portion, under the Rules and Regulations Relative to Subdivision Control. The first portion of the Central Zoning District, Beach Circle, was previously approved and subdivided.
