TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA – November 17, 2021

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd*
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 p.m* 

                *The Meeting time for Planning Board Meetings has been changed to 7:00 PM. Effective 1/17/21
                         Effective 9/14/2021 masks are again required in Town of Essex Municipal Facilities.                

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:
2 Lanes Road  
The Building Inspector requested a board review of an application for 2 Lanes Road to build a 60 x 26 tractor barn with 4 bays for equipment and tool storage. There will be heated storage space and loft storage at 2 lanes Road.
64 Spring Street 
A review of an application for new construction of a single family dwelling and detached garage at 64 Spring Street
