The Public Meeting of the Town of Essex Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd Floor Meeting Room, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA 01929 and will commence at 7:30 p.m.  


BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:


		

BOARD REVIEW:

•	Julia Gubarchuk - 31R Hill Road  Lots 155-10, 155-12, 155-13
Informal meeting with the Board to combine three parcels of land to create one lot. 
•	Continued discussion of the Essex Downtown Zoning District. 


•	Public Hearing on 10/16/19 on proposed changes and corrections to  Bylaw and Subdivision Control
