IV.	EXECUTIVE SESSIONS:

1.	8:00 P.M.  JOINT EXECUTIVE SESSION WITH CEMETERY COMMISSION: M.G.L. Chapter 30A, §21a, #1. To discuss the reputation, character, rather than professional competence, of a town employee, or to discuss the discipline of or complaints brought against a town employee.

2.	EXECUTIVE SESSION: M.G.L. Chapter 30A, §21a, #3. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Board of Selectmen and the chair so declares. (Maintenance Bargaining Unit)
