TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA --December 15, 2021

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd*
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 p.m* 

                *The Meeting time for Planning Board Meetings has been changed to 7:00 PM. Effective 11/17/21
                         Effective 9/14/2021 masks are again required in Town of Essex Municipal Facilities.                

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:


BOARD DISCUSSION:
       21 Story Street, Map 129-046,   John Guerin
John Guerin requested a review of an ANR for 21 Story Street to move a plot of land. No new lots will be created.

•	Discussion of the MAPC grant updates.
