TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –February 2, 2022

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM 
                         Effective 9/14/2021 masks are required in Town of Essex Municipal Facilities.                

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:

35 Dodge Street, Map 127, lot 002
Applicant: Curt Bergeron
Continued from 1/5/2022 meeting. Application to demolish existing repair shop located at 35 Dodge Street and construct new repair shop.

67  Main Street, Map 128, Lot 161
Applicants: Stacey and Paul Clarimundo
Application to remove and replace 3rd story deck on rear of building.

166 Eastern Ave., Map 138, Lot 009
Applicant: Matthew Bergeron
Application: ANR to divide property into two lots. Lots will have adequate frontage and meets all zoning regulations.
