TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –March 2, 2022

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM 

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:

4 Water Street, Map 136-033, William & Hannah Barker
Application for:
•	Kitchen remodel
•	New primary bath above existing first floor
•	Replace existing roof.

4 Arielle Lane, Map 143-042, David Hough
New construction----Placement of a 10’x14’ shed on side yard.

PUBLIC HEARING 7:15 PM
105 Conomo Point Road

The Planning Board will open a hearing on the extension of an application filed by Jonathan Hull and Ellen McCarthy Hull for a Special Permit under section 6-12.6 of the Zoning By-Law, for property located at 105 Conomo Point Road. The original public hearing was 2/19/2020. The decision approving the Special Permit was dated March 4, 2020 and stamped by the Town Clerk March 9, 2020.
