TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –January 5, 2022

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 p.m* 

                *The Meeting time for Planning Board Meetings has been changed to 7:00 PM. Effective 11/17/21
                         Effective 9/14/2021 masks are again required in Town of Essex Municipal Facilities.                

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:

Application for a Site Plan Review for property located at 1 Main Street. Change of use.

35 Dodge Street, Map 127-002 
Applicant Curt Bergeron
Application to take down existing repair shop located at 35 Dodge Street and construct new repair shop.
