The Berkshire Wind Power Cooperative Corporation Board of Directors will be entering into Executive Session pursuant to MGL Ch 30A Sec 21 to discuss trade secrets, competitively sensitive or other proprietary information provided in the course of activities conducted by a cooperative consisting of governmental entities organized pursuant to Sec 136 of said Ch 164 when such a cooperative determines that such disclosure will adversely affect its ability to conduct business in relation to other entities distributing, producing or selling electricity. The Board of Directors will be re-convening in Regular Session following Executive Session ONLY to adjourn.
