The Berkshire Wind Board of Directors will be entering into Executive Session pursuant to MGL Ch 30A Sec 21 to discuss trade secrets, competitively-sensitive or other proprietary information provided in the course of activities conducted by a cooperative consisting of governmental entities pursuant to MGL Ch 164 Sec 136, when such a cooperative determines that such disclosure will adversely affect its ability to conduct business in relation to other entities distributing, manufacturing or selling electric power and energy.
The Board will re-convene in Regular Session only to Adjourn. |
