On the application of Jeffrey Calder and Lucia Cecchetti for a special permit under section 6-12.6 of the Zoning By-Law, for property located at 34 Robbins Island Road, located in the Central Conomo Point Zoning District, for renovations and additions of an existing structure and to increase the building height.
