NOTE: Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Athol Board of Planning and Community Development will be conducted via remote participation. Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found on the Town’s website, at www.athol-ma.gov.

V.	Public Hearing, 7:30 Licensed Marijuana Establishment Special Permit Modification application for We Can Deliver Boston, LLC, for a marijuana delivery service establishment, for property located at 22 Chestnut Hill Avenue (Map 31 Parcel 137); request is to move the licensed marijuana delivery service establishment location to within a newly constructed 2,645 square-foot building on the subject parcel.

VI.	Public Hearing, 7:50pm Licensed Marijuana Establishment Special Permit application for Uma Cultivation, LLC, for marijuana cultivation and processing, for property located at 706 Petersham Road (Map 46 Parcels 45 and 87)
