The Public Meeting of the Town of Essex Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Fire Station Meeting Room, 24 Martin Street, Essex, MA 01929, and will commence at 7:30 p.m.  


BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT

PUBLIC HEARING: Public Hearing to amend the Definitive Lowland Farm Road Subdivision Decision due to the completion of the private road and the As-Built Plan. Said subdivision is located off of Apple Street, Assessor’s Map 141.

BOARD DISCUSSION: Committee Updates from the Board Members who volunteer to serve on the Boards or Committees: Community Preservation Committee & Conomo Point Committee Update –Kim Drake, Strategic Planning Committee Update – Skip Crocker, Building Committee Update – Westley Burnham.
